1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Return requests can be made by emailing hello@cluefortytwo.com with your order details.

2. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 7–14 working days to process, depending on your bank/payment provider.

3. Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will happily replace it at no additional cost.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any puzzle that has been opened or used cannot be returned, as it may spoil the experience for future customers.
  • Discounted or clearance items are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
  • Delivery times typically range from 1–3 working days depending on location.
  • Delivery charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

4. Product Use

  • Products are designed for entertainment purposes only.
  • Products should be handled with care to avoid damage.
  • Children should use the products under adult supervision if required.

5. Limitation of Liability

ClueFortyTwo is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse of the products.

We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery partners or events outside our control.
